Returns

All sale on items are FINAL and no returns.

Why do you only operate by appointment only?

We both work full time jobs. We eventually will have people working a few hours during the week so the shop can have people walk through.

In store pick-up

After you have placed your order, you can pick up in our  store at 11 Kenny Roberts Memorial Drive, Unit 2, Suffield, CT. We are open, Monday through by Appointment, Satuday 10 a.m to 2 p.m. and Sun 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

There is a few spots around the store that you can pickup your piece of furniture at (ask one of our employees where to park).

We encourage you to bring some blankets to protect your furniture and your car.

Do you buy furniture from the public?

We do buy used furniture, but at the moment we cannot pick up from household. We do not have a truck to pick up loads of furniture. Please send us an e-mail at Remysfurniture@gmail.com to get more details. 

Do you sell used furniture?

We do sell used furniture, but we like to limit the amount we have in store. We do have a background in selling used furniture and antiques.

Is all Remy's furniture new?

Our furniture comes from retailers as returns, overstock, and scratch-and-dent. Sometimes we do get in brand new furniture. We try to sell a mixture of furniture & home decor at reasonable price.

Do you deliver?

We work with Brilliant Move, a third party furniture moving service app.

Shipments

We get about 2 to 5 new shipments a month of all unique stuff.  To be alerted to new shipments, you can sign up for our email newsletter on the front page

Gift Cards

We sell them! You can buy them at our store. We will be adding a link to buy them at our store soon!
